By accessing or using the NeuralCare AI platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including clinicians, administrators, and healthcare organizations.

2. Description of Service

NeuralCare AI provides an AI-powered behavioral health platform including conversational clinical intake, DSM-5 aligned assessments, AI-generated clinical insights, appointment management, and care coordination tools. The Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and organizations.

3. Clinical Responsibility

NeuralCare AI is a decision-support tool and does not constitute medical advice or replace clinical judgment. Licensed clinicians retain full responsibility for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify NeuralCare AI of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NeuralCare AI, Inc. and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralCare AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
